    we live in a small town, so,this is a bit difficult to write... first of all, let me say that my experience with your customer service has always been outstanding, and I have had no complaints, until now. This may seem petty, but to me, it's not. I have spent years working in banking, myself, and would never DREAM of asking my customers what they were doing with THEIR money, as they were making a withdrawl. This question was asked by the MANAGER on duty on 12/24/13. EXTREMELY unprofessional!! Surely she knows that this is a "no-no"???? Really??? NONE of her business!!! Hopefully, she will read this, and think twice before asking such a personal question. There. I feel better, now.
