- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★Matters not what vehicle they ride to work or if they're wearing leather when you walk in. My family, friends and I have had a couple of occasions to use Chetco Trader pawnshop in Brookings Oregon. Whether purchase or pawn. I have to say, (and they are under new ownership) that the quality of service that we have gotten is beyond my expectations they even unlocked the door and reopened one time to make a payment. They've been professional, gracious, kind and understanding with both male and female friends. The newly remodeled interior makes it easy to browse and shop. Its clean and always someone to ask if you need any help and to answer any questions. They are fair on pricing whether you're buying or pawning. They started taking credit cards over the phone recently and the quality of their customer service has been exemplary and I highly recommend them. I will do business with them again if I am in need for that kind of service. Please don't take it out on the new owners any past bad experiences.
